This notice says what Sportslux collects about you, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your email address and a hash of your password. We never store the password itself.
- The jurisdiction you tell us, your age confirmation and which terms you accepted.
- Your bets, positions, limits, breaks and settings.
- Security records: sign-ins, sessions, API keys (stored as hashes) and an audit trail of changes to your account.
- Payment records, including any wallet address a payment came from.
Why
- To run your account and the features you use.
- To enforce your limits and the law where you are.
- To keep accounts secure and investigate abuse.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data. Service providers process it on our behalf: hosting, email delivery and error monitoring. Venues you trade on live receive what they need to place your orders. If you opt in to public leaderboards, only the handle you choose and your results appear there.
How long
Account data lasts as long as your account. Audit and payment records are kept as long as the law requires, even after you close your account.
Your choices
You can see and change your settings in the app, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account. Where the law gives you more rights, such as under the GDPR, you have them here too.
