These terms cover your use of Sportslux: the website, the app and the API. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, do not use Sportslux.
What Sportslux is
Sportslux provides sports data, models, analytics and tools to find and place bets. It is not a sportsbook. Paper trading simulates bets with no money at stake. Live trading, where it is offered, places orders on third-party venues under their own terms, in your name, and only where your jurisdiction and the venue allow it.
Who may use it
- You must be of legal age to bet where you are, and at least 18 (21 in the US).
- You must tell us truthfully where you are, and update it if you move. We use it to decide what you may do, and we may refuse service anywhere betting or our service is not allowed.
- One account per person. Keep your password and keys to yourself.
No advice, no guarantee
Models, edges, rankings and leaderboards are estimates. They are not financial or betting advice and do not guarantee any result. Past results, paper or live, do not predict future ones. You decide every bet and you bear its outcome.
Limits and breaks
You can set loss and stake limits and take a break at any time. Our engine enforces them on every bet. We may also limit, pause or close an account to protect you or others, or to comply with the law.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans unlock features for the period you pay for. Prices, the currencies we accept and refund terms are shown before you pay. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain.
Acceptable use
- No scraping beyond the API's limits, no reselling data, no attempts to break in.
- No market manipulation, collusion, or use of Sportslux to break a venue's rules.
- No accounts on behalf of people who may not use Sportslux.
Liability
Sportslux is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from bets, from outages, or from third-party venues and data sources.
Changes
When these terms change, the version above changes and we ask you to accept them again before you trade live.
